By using PromptForge you agree to these terms. PromptForge is a prompt optimisation tool operated by Emerald Sites (Irishweb.site).

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs under it.

Credits and plans

Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use PromptForge to create fake proof, forged documents, fake reviews, fake certificates, impersonation material, deceptive claims or fraudulent content. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

Content ownership

You own the prompts you create. Emerald Sites owns PromptForge itself and its templates, framework and design.

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew. Prompt Packs are one-off digital goods and are non-refundable once delivered.

Liability

PromptForge is provided "as is". Emerald Sites is not liable for outcomes produced by third-party AI tools using PromptForge output.

Ireland.
