PromptForge is a guided prompt optimisation tool. You describe what you want in plain English; PromptForge fills the gaps, structures the request the way modern AI models expect it, and returns a tool-ready brief you can paste into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Lovable, image or video models — anywhere.

You can save any forged prompt to your desk, download it as markdown, or run it live through the built-in AI panel if you have credits.

Sometimes you already ran a prompt and the output was weak. Use Improve a bad result to diagnose why, and get a rewritten prompt that fixes the underlying issue.

PromptForge uses a simple monthly credit system. Forging a prompt uses 1 credit; running it live through the built-in AI, comparing outputs, or analysing files uses slightly more (shown before you spend).

Once signed in, your Desk is where saved prompts, brand profiles, projects, and past forges live. Brand profiles let PromptForge apply a consistent voice, audience and style to every prompt you create for that brand.

PromptForge is built to make legitimate AI use dramatically better. It is deliberately not built for deception. If a request looks like it's aiming at fake proof, forged documents, impersonation, or unverifiable claims, PromptForge redirects to a safe, compliant alternative.

• Your account, prompts, brands and projects are stored in your private workspace and are only visible to you.
• All traffic to PromptForge runs over HTTPS. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
• Your prompts and files are used to deliver the service — we do not sell them, and we do not use them to train third-party AI models.

1. Start rough. One line is enough. Don't pre-engineer — the Forge is better at it than you are.
2. Name the audience. "For a first-time buyer" changes the answer more than any adjective.
3. Say the format. Email? Table? 5 bullets? 300 words? Say it once and it sticks.
4. Give one example. A single sample of tone or structure beats three paragraphs of instructions.
5. Use a brand profile if you write for the same audience repeatedly.
6. Use Rescue, not retry. When AI gives a weak answer, diagnose the prompt instead of re-rolling.
7. Iterate in small deltas. Change one thing at a time so you know what improved the output.
8. Save winners. If a forged prompt landed, save it to your Desk. Reuse it.
9. Bundle context with files. Long briefs work better through "Prompt from file" than pasted text.
10. Respect the model. Different AI tools have different strengths — PromptForge tunes the output to the target tool.
